All workshops presented by DeAnne Rosenberg, Inc. are custom designed
with the client so that each program meets their training goals and is appropriate
for those participating. The customization process is accomplished in
three steps.
Step number one involves meeting with
the client to learn exactly what they wish to accomplish (goals) as a result of the training.
We would
also want to know the basis on which you would judge the success of the
training. We would also ask about the company's performance management and
compensation strategy.
The second step would involve a series of interviews (perhaps by phone
but in person is always preferred) of several of the participants and/or
their managers to learn about problems and issues that might be addressed
in the training. These interviews (the data) would give us a good understanding of
the company culture and enough information to design the workshop(s),
including appropriate simulations, case studies, role-plays and video
rentals.
Step three occurs when the design is complete. It would be submitted to
you for revision, comments, ideas, etc. The materials may go between us
two or three times until they are "right". The entire
customization process is generally accomplished in about four weeks after
data collection.
Optional services include
"training the trainer" and programming the material for
interactive computer application.
